- University Degree will be considered an asset;
- 3 years working experience in the Retail sector, at least 6 months in a similar role or high potential to develop fast his/her managerial skills;
- Very good command of Romanian and English language;
- PC Literate;
- Decision-maker;
- Communicative and influential;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self motivated
- Team player.

- To be responsible and accountable for the management of an area (one or more groups within the store);
- To manage and develop a team of staff to provide the highest standards of service to the customer;
- To maximize sales and minimize losses;
- In cooperation with the Store Manager establishes and achieves objectives for the departments of his/her responsibility;
- To provide advice and assistance to customers as required;
- To handle customer queries and complaints efficiently;
- To manage Stock availability in order to achieve the operating plan;
- To motivate staff to achieve high standards;
- To maintain the required standard of presentation and behavior within the store;
- To implement training program, as per company’s guidelines and available training material.
