Claims Management Officer - full-time/part-time - German language

- Excellent German, fluent English or French

- Knowledge of insurance business, ideally in claims management

You will be responsible for:

- Full scope of claims management activities
- Creation of First Notication of Loss
- Examination and assessment of claims
- Payment
- Correspondence to the customer
- Tracking information in the relevant applications
- Sharing complex cases and challenges with the Team-Leader and Quality Manager as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team
- Participation in training courses
- Involvement in project work
