Marketing Campaign Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager must have:

- 5-7 years experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a professional services, management consulting or technology-related industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detail orientation
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects to consistently meet deadlines and objectives
- Experience using CRM or other relational databases
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Bachelors degree required (Marketing concentration preferred) from a top-tier college or university, MBA preferred

The Marketing Campaign Manager plays a vital role in creating strategic campaigns that will engage and maintain interest in Synygy and will drive future revenue and relationships. Working with the global Marketing team, the Marketing Campaign Manager will create and execute general marketing plans, as well as monitor and report on plan performance and success.

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include:

Develop & Execute Marketing Plans
- Conceptualize & create marketing plans for a general audience
- Work with the graphic design and marketing production teams to execute the production of necessary collateral
- Develop and execute email campaigns
- Work with competitive intelligence and internal SMEs to understand competitive presence and adapt Synygy's plan accordingly
- Plan and execute webinars in support of marketing plans
- Develop content and write copy for materials produced in-house and through third parties to ensure unified messages are received throughout each campaign
- Assist with additional Sales and Marketing tasks as needed to support business development and revenue growth

Evaluate & Analyze Marketing Campaigns
- Work with the Marketing Program Managers to establish and understand metrics and standards and evaluate plan performance
- Update campaign records in Synygy's CRM system for tracking and reporting

Coordinate Lead Generation Efforts
- Manage and maintain lead generation efforts to support the sales process
