    Requirements

    An Associate must have:
    • BA or BS degree from a top-tier school
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
    • Very strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
    • Inspired in a professional and collaborative work environment.
    • Self-starter with out of the box thinking and creativity
    • Willingness to travel
    • Experience in a professional environment or internship preferred

    Responsibilities

    As an Associate Business Analyst you will work with members of our Client Services Department and be involved in the implementation and operations of Incentive Compensation Management solutions for companies in a wide variety of industries.

    Working with international clients to carry out requests, implement changes and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of deliverables provided, the job will call upon both your technical and business skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

    The Associates use their analytical skills to:

    • Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverables
    • Follow up with client contacts on standard project deliverables
    • Participate in conference calls and on-site meetings with clients; provide additional support for issues or questions when needed
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems uncovered in data and deliverables, identify root cause, and prevent recurring issues
    • Monitor trends in process performance and the accuracy of deliverables, and proactively provide suggestions or ideas for improvement
    • Provide ongoing analysis and summaries of data to assist clients with future direction of their sales performance management programs
    • Develop breadth and depth of project and industry knowledge
