Senior Java Developer

TECHNICAL SKILLS

5+ years of hands on experience in J2EE development
Good knowledge of JEE Oracle technologies: JDeveloper (JAVA), ADF/Faces (JSP, JSFF, HTML, CSS), Web Services
Knowledge and experience of Oracle database is a must
Knowledge and experience of Web Services security and EJB
Knowledge of server applications (ideally Oracle Weblogic 11g) is a strong plus
Knowledge of Agile principles is a plus but not mandatory.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Working proficiency in English; French is a plus
Willing and able to be part of international projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and develop software solutions in accordance with defined objectives (quality, security, time schedule, cost)
Development, testing and production launching of programs
Assistance in drawing up and validating technical specifications
Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation
Implementing corrective actions
Reporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes
