HARDWARE ENGINEER TIMISOARA

Requirements:

-5 years experience with hardware design of automotive electronics components;
-Advanced knowledge of embedded electronics hardware engineering;
-Advanced knowledge of electronics hardware design tools for schematics capture, layout and simulation;
-Advanced knowledge of product development life-cycle with regard with automotive electronics industry;
-Advanced knowledge of power and thermal management and EMC;
-Basic understanding of related design disciplines;
-Good presentation preparation and delivery skills;
-Advanced PC operation (Word, Excel, etc;
-Fluent in English;
-Experience with instrument cluster ,smart junction boxes and body electronics design and manufacturing;
-Experience with Project management
-German, French or Japanese would be a bonus.

Job description:

-Design, develop and test the hardware of automotive embedded systems according to customer requirements and internal procedures and write the corresponding documentation;
-Assist quality assurance in verifying requirements, design, implementation and testing;
-Participate in quotation activities;
-Participate to the project management of large projects by planning and estimating work packages and/or management of small complete projects;
-Evaluate for selection or develop test and development tools from his area of expertise;
-Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized design methods and processes;
-Investigate and keep up to date with latest methods, tools and techniques from his area of expertise.
