    Responsibilities

    • Forecast Process (Orders, Revenues, projects costs, OSC delivery, residual): WD4 and WD16 forecasts (deadlines)
    • Document process and governance
    • Templates, Deliverables, ownership
    • Drive the execution
    • Gathers financial information from PMs, ECOs, Sales teams, Finance community;
    • Ensures the consolidation of the financial data, Risk, Upside & Frontlog deals lists by filling in the templates provided by CEE Operations Team;
    • Keeps contact with Sales and Domain Leadeship teams and helps the Country Manager in building judgments for the business;
    • Provides analysis in respect of forecast accuracy by showing the differences between the forecast and the actuals provided by Finance Team or between two forecast periods and by building the financial restatements accordingly;
    • Provides analysis of the financial data by keeping track of the business key performance indicators and informs the management regarding the discrepancies that occur;
    • Responsible for providing the Operations Team with all the required information regarding the projects, KPIs or any other financial data required;
    • Reviews the quality of data in hand and drives improvement by developing effective and new techniques and processes for financial planning, meanwhile adapting to the data providing requirements of the CEE Operations team as well;
    • Keeps permanent contact with PMs and ECOs;
    • Keeps permanent contact with CEE operations dedicated persons;
    • Responsible together with the Country Manager for keeping the submission deadlines;
    • Participates in all delivery and sales forecast calls for the country.
    • OSC (Own selling costs)
    • Keeps track of the presales (OSC) approved budgets.
    • Residual
    • Keeps people expenses under control according to the affordable budget;
    • Makes sure the project related expenses are correct allocated on projects;
    • Collaborates with ECO, Finance and Country Manager on residual calculation.
    • Month end closing process (WD1 – WD5) :
    • Daily check of correct bookings in the systems.
    • Team utilization : forecast submission to CEE and follow up with the team for weekly entries according to forecast
    • MSR process:
    • checks the quality of MSR: status comments, revenue/cost/margin variances and any risk budget expenditure;
    • interlock with CEE on MSR process;
    • FY Aspire Planning
    • Align to EMEA planning plan and process;
    • Drive preparation and submissions tasks;
    • Linkages with country mgrs, Domains and Sales teams
    • Process & Governance;
    • Schedule & conduct preparation work and alignment;
    • Submission cycles;
    • Refine submission owner/contributors for each cycle (take into account vacation plans);
    • Define minimum interlock and review for each submission cycle including Sales;
    • Preparation tasks;
    • Provides understanding, analysis & guidance regarding the bussiness & financial related FY new rules/changes clarification (if any);
    • Country/domain bottom up plan;
    • Country/domain/business plan;
    • Year over year trend – top down plan;
    • Submit CEE/ME proposal;
    • Understand WW guidelines;
    • Update CEE/ME proposal according to EMEA guidelines and submission cycles governance.
    • FI interlock on following points:
    • Deferred revenues tracking;
    • Quarter’s Bridge Rev and GM to forecast after a confirmation received from Country Manager;
    • Main interface to CEE FI and Country FI;
    • P&L tracking & Cost structure analyse;
    • Currency and Hedging impact;
    • Active participation and implementation of any new process;
    • Provide requested info to CEE/EMEA/WW
