    We are developing versatile and compelling market-ready solutions for Hardware Manufacturer, Service Provider, Utility/CO-OP, or Integrator that will help them serve their channel partners and delight their end users.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:
    - Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years in a Human Resources Generalist role focused on recruitment of all levels of employees from entry level non-exempt positions to Senior Leadership positions.

    Knowledge:
    - Good English speaking and writing capabilities;
    - Must have knowledge of full life cycle recruiting;

    Must have knowledge of office administration:
    - Design and implement office policies;
    - Organize office operations and procedures;
    - Review and approve supply requisitions;
    - Liaise with other organizations and groups;
    - Orient and train employees;
    - Coordination of Performance Evaluation Process;
    - Maintain and anticipate needed supplies;

    Skills:
    - Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives;
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues;
    - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines;
    - Ability to handle confidential material.

    Would be a plus:
    - Previous experience with employment related assessments;
    - Previous experience recruiting for IT or engineering industries;
    - Knowledge of various functions (engineering, information systems, systems administration, programming etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments.

    Responsibilities

    The main responsibility for this role is to source and identify top talent, fill all job openings, assure fair compensation practices and perform general HR duties. You will be responsible for organizing and for coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
