- Scripting knowledge in any language like: shell languages (bash, sh, ksh), VBScript, BASIC or Visual Basic, etc.

- Systems testing experience.

- Experience with multiple platforms (Windows, Solaris, Unix, Mainframe).

- Strong understanding and practical application of testing methodology (i.e. test program, test plans, test strategies, defect tracking and reporting, etc.).

- Software automation experience.

- Validate software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.

- Develops and executes software test plans.

- Provides testing estimates

- Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.

- Maintains documentation of test results to assist in validation and modification of software.

- Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Executes and provides feedback to engineers, architects, and product management on performance, load and stress tests that determine platform and application capabilities of the end-to-end system.

- Defines and implements automated test cases and works on improving the automation framework functionality
