Work from the office, home, or just about anywhere

What is GATEWAY?


Genpact Trainee Program that will help you to:


- Understand the business environment and how companies work

- Attend trainings and courses with our highly skilled trainers and professionals

(5 days/week, 8 hours/day)

- Develop your F&A knowledge or develop your IT knowledge and up skill your German level!

- Learn how to efficiently communicate in the business environment

- Get paid during the entire training duration (5 weeks)
