    Requirements

    - Strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably any other language;
    - Excellent knowledge and academic background in the area of HR management, recruiting and allocation;
    - Preferred to have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the HR area;
    - High eligibility for a prospective career in TCS (The applicant needs to be graduate with completed studies);
    - Fresh-graduates (maximum 2 years).

    Responsibilities

    -Recruitment co-ordination: Co-ordinate for Interviews at Center, Co-ordinate for Panelists for Drives;
    -Internal Audits: Responsible for internal audits through proper documentation of all HR Processes/Practices;
    - Confirmations: Ensure 100 % closure for all confirmation;
    - Promotions: To communicate to all concerned on the Guidelines, To ensure the Promotion recommendations. Weekly Reports & Monthly Reports;
    - Talent Engagement Activity: To conduct and measure all engagement activities;
    - To drive the R&R at the unit level,Review each reward as per parameters. To ideate initiatives towards competency building, leadership grooming and performance management processes for employees.

    Benefits:
    - Initial accomodation (two weeks) provided and covered by TCS;
    - Health Insurance Scheme throughout internship;
    - Flight back home upon completion of the internship;
    - 16 days personal leaves and 15 days sick leaves (Annually);
    - 2 annual ACE associate events.
