TenarisSilcotub is leading Romanian producer of small diameter seamless pipes used in the mechanical industry, automotive, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical industry, and power industry. TenarisSilcotub can design, manufacture and supply a wide rage of seamless tubes according to customers requirements, in order to meet the most sophisticated demands and to provide technical assistance and product development , logistic services and just-in-time delivery and personalize stock management.
Requirements
Location: Cluj Napoca, Romania
Degree: University (Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Engineering)
Experience: 1- 2 years
Language: English – advanced; Italian – upper intermediate (mandatory)
IT: MS Office – advanced
Main Responsibilities:
Understand what the Italian need is in order to communicate it to the Mexican SSC.
Identify which transactional activities that do not require language skills or depend on time zone within the case can be processed from the Mexican HRRD SSC team.
Work closely with the Mexican SSC teams to establish and maintain a collaborative work environment and also to ensure Italian cases are closed according to the processes established in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain a good customer relationship with the Italian contacts.
Ensures that Service Level Agreements are met and leads continuous improvement activities.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Work closely with Italian Developers to understand recruiting needs in the region, to initiate the internal recruiting.
Execute all the activities that correspond to the SSC regarding Career Counseling sessions, Career Path-Communication, Career Path-Technical Committee and Identify Critical Succession Roles (KPO) processes.
Maintain a collaborative working relationships with his/her team colleagues and build relationships with the other SSC team members and the Local contacts in the regions, focusing on customer service by responding to service request, providing support and attending to ongoing issues in a professional manner
