    Le candidat idéal doit :

    - être disponible à travailler 40h/semaine reparties dans les intervalles 10h-19h de Lundi au Vendredi
    - avoir une parfaite connaissance de la langue française;
    - être dynamique et positif;
    - posséder de grandes capacités de communication;
    - être agréable, pouvoir présenter l’information aux clients de manière précise et convaincante

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilités du job:

    - elle (il) sert des sociétés multinationales (nos clients), sur l’un des canaux de communication suivants : téléphone, web-chat, internet via des mails ;
    - elle (il) a une très bonne connaissance du français à l’écrit comme à l’oral ; le niveau exigé est celui d’un lycée linguistique ;
    - elle (il) a le sens des responsabilités, du tact et la capacité de travailler en direct avec des clients internationaux.
