    Requirements

    You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration or industrial engineering;
    You have collected at least 7 years of professional experience in product marketing / sales / marketing of products or related areas such as payment card-based loyalty programs and bring in-depth knowledge of products and business processes of the industry;
    Preferably you have experience in the marketing of new mobile services and also several years of experience in international, cross-functional teams.

    In addition, we are interested in the following experience and skills:
    Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and acting;
    Several years of experience in international project management with a proven track;
    Strong communication skills, persuasion and negotiation skills;
    Excellent presentation skills, including experience in presenting to senior management;
    A high degree of flexibility and resilience;
    Team leadership experience;
    Very good knowledge of English in written and spoken;
    Knowledge of the Romanian language or professional experience in the Romanian market.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager has responsibility for the implementation of the payment solutions in Romania together with our local company on site and assumes particular the following tasks:
    Identification of and coordination with relevant contacts of national companies;
    Identification of lucrative market segments and target groups in local markets;
    Definition of the optimal market and sales strategy;
    Participation in the operational marketing mix;
    Management of sales activities in the product launch;
    KPI responsibility in respect of sales development and portfolio approach performance in concern for new and existing products for Romania;
    Responsibility for compliance with the rollout plans for new products in the markets serviced;
    Management of the Romanian project team on behalf of Business Unit Payment in cooperation with the company’s dedicated program manager;
    Support the recruitment processes for business unit’s employees;
    Implementation of E2E product portfolio of the Business Unit Payment in Romania;
    Develop the local business model, together with the Romanian company and other expert areas of Business Unit Payment;
    Commercial contract negotiation with the local company;
    Support in preparation of the local business case development, potential assessment, sales Forecast;
    Identification and extraction of local partners;
    Start and management of cross-departments implementation projects;
    Organization and management of workshops (together with experts / product department, marketing, etc.);
    Regular exchange of information with other divisions of the DTAG;
    Introduction of market expertise and the requirements of the Romanian companyin product design or roadmap of the Business Unit Payment;
    Regular reporting on project progress, market conditions , etc for the Romanian market.
