Job Requirements
Education: Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification.

Professional experience/knowledge in the following technologies:
• 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position; she/he has worked in a corporate environment in similar roles;
• Knowledge of the following technologies: Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Squid proxy, Sendmail, MS ISA Server;
• Knowledge of Bind, Vsftpd, Proftpd, Jftpgw, McAfee Web Gateway (formerly known as Webwasher) or Dovecot is a plus;
• Good understanding of networking: OSI model, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, DNS;
• Knowledge of service load balancing solutions (CISCO CSS), other load balancing solutions know-how is a plus;
• Knowledge of CISCO devices - routers, switches – (CCNA) could be a plus;
• Knowledge of monitoring technologies – Nagios, Cacti;
• Basic scripting know-how – bash, perl or java could be a plus;
• Operating systems know-how: mainly Linux (Red Hat or Ubuntu) but also Oracle Solaris and MS Windows 2003/2008 server;

Social Skills and competencies:
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;
• Ability to analyze and make sound decisions;
• Team player, strong communicator, self-learner;
• Strong customer orientation;

Foreign Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

We are looking for an exceptional, passionate, highly motivated, pro-active and structured team player, result and quality oriented person, who could join our E-Business Team, located in Timisoara, in order to provide 2nd level support to a wide range of customers in a quite wide range of technologies, with the main responsibilities as follows:
• 2nd level support for E-Business applications and services – web, mail, Internet access, mysql databases – ticket based;
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of services
• Periodically stand-by for on-call incidents;
