    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    - German Language - mandatory for this role, at least a conversational level !
    - Putting customers first;
    - Focus on results;
    - Managing in a changing environment;
    - Very good communication skills;
    - Minimum experience in support of application operation departments by analysis & application reporting;
    - BMC Remedy solid user-level knowledge ;

    NICE-TO-HAVE:
    - Technical knowledge of Oracle DBMS and UNIX/Linux OS would be an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSABILITIES:

    - Understanding customer incidents and impact;
    - Know-How business support;
    - Execution of resolution activities for incidents and documentation of resolution;
    - Coordination of different parties during resolution;
    - Escalation activities whenever necessary;
    - Request Opening and Classification;
    - Request Handling and Reporting ;
    - Assessment of business impact according to reported issue;
    - Communication with IT Service teams as well as to internal customer.
