-studii superioare, de preferinţă absolvent de Automatică, Matematică, Cibernetică;
-experienţă 1-3 ani in domeniul IT;
-cunoştinţe de bază a tehnologiilor J2EE (JBoss AS, JSF, JSF Facelets, JBoss SEAM, EJB3 (on JBoss), Java JUnit, Apache Maven2, Java 1.5, etc.);
-cunoştinţe solide OOP;
-experienţă de lucrul cu un RDBMS (SQL Server , etc);
-cunoaşterea limbii engleze;

-participarea la dezvoltarea de aplicaţii in părţile critice;
-participarea la luarea deciziilor tehnice in cadrul proiectului;
-realizează unit testing-ul;
-investigarea erorilor tehnice / funcţionale şi generarea unor soluţii adecvate;
-implicarea in partea de analiză funcţională şi documentare a componentelor dezvoltate.
