• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced Network / PC certification (Desirable)
• Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions
• Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.
• At least 5 years working in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology based projects
• Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
• Excellent HVAC domain knowledge
• BACnet protocol knowledge
• Language: English verbal and written is a must, all other European languages are an advantage

Responsibilities include:

• Design and Engineering of Honeywell Building Solution projects with the new Comfort Point Open system – a BAC net based solution including an engineering tool, library applications, a suite of different controller types and a building manager graphical front end
• Supporting the European estimators to define the best system architecture and to pick the right library applications for a certain projects
• Submittal package preparation including sequences of operations, bill of materials, schematics and I/O lists
• DDC Program generation, based on Global Library Standards and customer sequence of operations.
• Data validation for consistency and quality (DDC, Data points, Graphics)
• Supporting the European field engineers during commissioning, startup and service of the projects
• Help on continuously improving the library (macros, applications, graphics) with feedback coming from the European projects

Scope

• Prepare and create documentation in response to customer’s requests for proposals, estimates and information as directed by the sales and operations team
• Analyze the requirements outlined by the customer, and through experience and use of the necessary company resources: ensure a high rate of success on bids/orders, deliver responses and proposals of the highest quality possible, and continually seek out ways to improve the way we serve our customers
• Leverage systems and tools to accurately maintain estimates, proposals, requests, responses and supporting documentation
