Junior TELECOM Engineer with English

The main requirements are:

- Excellent English skills (in speaking and writing);
- University Degree - Technical University (Electronics and Telecommunication University will be a plus ) graduated or in progress;
- Capable to understand and to work with different Windows applications (WEB - based);
- Good communication skills;
- Capable to work in an international environment.

What you will be able to do, after a proper training, of course!

- Monitor 24h/7days the Radio Access Network using fault management systems and specific NMSs;
- Investigate basic alarms (Power Failure, Air Conditioned, and Temperature) in Regional RAN sites, using available resources in NOC;
- Handle and escalate to Security Operation Centre the security incidents and the technical problems to Back Office in order to solve the issues;
- Use dedicated Trouble Ticketing applications for alarms handling and field personnel dispatching
- Perform phone interactions with local service providers regarding Radio network infrastructure (Power Company, Leased Line Company);
- Periodically perform telecom reports in order to reach the agreed KPI�s;
- Participate at internal and external training sessions in order to permanently improve your technical skills.
