� The person fulfilling this role would preferably have at least 1 year Sysadmin experience within the IT industry. Graduates who are very motivated to learn are welcome, though.
� Experience working in a production computing environment would be a plus
� Need to have Core skills around one or more of the following:
o Knowledge of UNIX and LINUX commands/utilities. Candidates with knowledge of Oracle VM /Oracle VS / Xen will be preferred
o Knowledge of a scripting language (Shell, Perl) would be a plus
o Linux Sysadmin skills
o Working knowledge of an application server. Weblogic Server is prefered.

From the above, the most wanted skills are the Linux and the Weblogic/another application server ones.

Must work well within a global team with an ability to work unsupervised

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge about cloning virtual machines and Oracle products (DB, middle-tier) is a plus.

� Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity.
� React to potential problems using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools -- escalating to management where appropriate.
� Participate in configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system.
� Responsible for support documentation as well.



Also, you will be responsible for:

- Global Tech Operations processes,

- Technical ticket triaging

- Creation of new environments

- Environment monitoring and troubleshooting

- Problem diagnosis
