    Requirements

    - Excellent Polish & English writing and speaking skills.
    - Very good communication skills.
    - Optional: Experience in Customer Support.
    - Fresh graduates or students are welcomed also.
    - Financial background would be an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    - Our client is a financial institution that provides multiple services (e.g. e-accounts, prepaid cards, etc).
    - You will provide support to customers of a financial institution that provides multiple services (e.g. e-accounts, prepaid cards, etc). Usually those customers want to register for one or more service or that have already registered for it and encounter difficulties with the card or account.
    - We offer full time employment (9 hours/day) from Monday to Friday, shifts between 9AM and 11PM.
    - You will be gradually involved in multiple projects according to your availability and project complexity.
