    Requirements

    Conectys is looking to take on board energetic and motivated Customer Support Representatives (email mainly) to work for a travel website that assists customers in gathering travel information, posting reviews and opinions of travel-related content and engaging in interactive travel forums.

    Main requirements:
    - Advanced skills of English and Italian or French or German
    - Availability to work full time (from Monday to Friday, day time)

    Responsibilities

    You will:
    - Deal directly with customers by email;
    - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints;
    - Escalate queries that you are unable to resolve to the 2nd level of Support;
    - Keep accurate records of customer inquiries, interactions, and details of actions taken;
    - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;
    - Follow up on customer interactions in line with the company’s policies;
    - Submit accurate reports on activity;
