� Educated to degree level
� Advanced level of English, other European languages are a plus
� Strong project management and organisational skills
� Knowledge, understanding and passion for social media platforms, communities and the opportunity these can present in a B2B environment
� Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
� Team player, with the confidence to present new ideas back to management clearly and effectively
� Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
� Ability to work flexibly, to multiple deadlines and across a variety of Marketing campaigns
� Public relations and Marketing experience is beneficial
Oracle External Social Media Hubs
� Co-ordination and liaison with key content providers across Marketing teams
� Research and prepare draft content/posts for review by the product lead
� Publishing of content across agreed social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In, Blogs, Flickr) using Oracle's preferred tools
� Monitoring and referral of community posts to Oracle expert for approved Oracle response management strategies
� Participation in key creative brainstorms to ensure content is engaging, fresh and successful
Oracle Echo Chambers (Oracle Champions) – Peer to Peer
� The role will also facilitate the central co-ordination of Oracle's peer to peer executive outreach programme (Echo Chamber)
� Research and prepare draft content/posts for review by the product lead for posting internally to internal distribution lists
Evaluation
� Monitor pre-defined KPI's and success benchmarks to help the measurement and evaluation of Oracle social media activities
� Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting back to key stakeholders
� Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide insightful contribution to Oracle's evolving social media strategies
The following job specification is written to reflect the core roles and responsibilities for the Social Media Nurture element of Oracle's planned, agreed and forthcoming social media strategy and activities. Some of the following responsibilities and specifics may evolve, as this is a dynamic and fast-changing part of the PR Influencer Relations Campaign.
This role will have a reporting line into EMEA Corporate Public Relations. Core hours of duty: Monday & Friday: 9am-5pm with flexible working to accommodate some global conference calls.
