Essential Experience


• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills

• Communication skills in international environment;

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory

Technical / Functional Skills


Depending on your level of seniority, at least two of the following criteria are mandatory:

• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS

• Networking knowledge (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP)

• Database concepts and administration (Microsoft SQL Server or other)

• Experience with or knowledge of Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, NLB, Networking)

• Previous experience developing, deploying and/or customizing web applications in ASP.NET/C#, PHP, Java, or similar

The following are also considered a plus:


• Web Server knowledge (IIS or other Web Servers)

• Previous experience in Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft SharePoint Server

• Experience developing and/or debugging managed code applications

• Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;

• Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;

• Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;

• Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
