    Requirements

    Punctual, Responsible and Ambitious.
    - Motivated, Flexible and Respectful.
    - Good communication skills.
    - Self learner and passionate about IT.
    - Available to work mostly during evenings: for the first 3 months the schedule will be 9:00-18:00. Afterwards, you will have mostly 13:00 - 22:00 shifts, from Monday to Friday.

    Knowledge required:
    - Install and configure MS Windows, MS Office and other applications.
    - Experience in troubleshooting MS Windows and common applications.
    - Basic troubleshooting hardware issues (computers, printers, other peripherals).
    - Networking basics (TCP/IP, addressing, etc.) .
    - Optional (an advantage): Linux (console) and advanced networking knowledge (CCNA).

    Responsibilities

    Main duties:

    1. Provide internal end user support:
    - install/configure applications/peripherals on the workstations/laptops;
    - replace faulty equipments and track all changes.
    - help employees to use various applications when support is requested.

    2. Basic hardware troubleshooting:
    - diagnose and replace faulty components (HDD’s, memory modules, network cards, etc);
    - update firmware (BIOS).

    3. Maintenance tasks:
    - maintain all computers and peripherals clean and functional.
    - maintain computers and peripherals configuration accordingly with company standards;
    - maintain up to date network information on predefined documents;
    - maintain up to date company standard computer images.
