    Goodyear Operations Romania is the Global Business Services Center of Goodyear Dunlop EMEA. The GBS Center in Bucharest started back in July 2011. The core mission of the Center has always been to provide internal customer satisfaction with the shared responsibility of delivery - Driving performance as ONE TEAM.

    Requirements

    University degree
    Fluency in english
    Fundamental knowledge of business processes
    Organization skills
    Strong Microsoft Access/Excel skills and/or other database programs
    Team player
    Strong communication skills

    Self directing and ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
    Strong financial/statistical analysis, foreign language, manufacturing process,mathematical modeling, international experience, purchasing & technical experience

    Responsibilities

    Support opportunity assessment - Provide a view of All types of constraints and opportunities, including volume and spend validated data, market dynamics, internal and regulatory issues.
    Business Analysis and Financial Reporting - Develop timely, working capital and cost breakdown analysis. Provide reporting on cost projections, risk estimates, productivities, and working capital changes.
    Bid/Negotiation Processes Facilitation - Assist regional category and commodity managers in executing all work related to bid process, including but not limited to preparation of list of suppliers, bid scheduling, bid validation, and supplier interaction during all process. Facilitate negotiations by providing all required information, productivity assessments . Conduct supplier orientation and training on the e-sourcing process.
    Commodity Information - Primary responsibility to maintain all market intelligence records for assigned commodities in terms of product formulation, feedstock indicators (prices, volumes, etc.), worldwide manufacturers, technological trends, freight and duty databases, exchange rates, and competitive intelligence.
