Requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Proven people management skills
-Proven experience of leading a HR shared service operations delivery team
-Strong customer service background essential
-Excellent time management and organizational ability
-Ability to diagnose and implement solutions to address symptoms and address root causes of failures
-Experience of delivering services in a multi-country business services environment
-Experience of a complex, multi-national, matrix organization
-Experience of large scale HR systems essential, SAP HR, Payroll related systems desired

We are looking for an Operations Leader (m/f) for our HR Shared Services Organization, facility based in Cluj, Romania

Your Role
The role holder will be responsible for the effective day to day delivery of transactional activity for the HR Shared Services Operations team based in Cluj. The role holder will ensure that the team meets all service delivery targets by developing and executing clear and robust processes that serve multiple countries.

Excellent customer service must be delivered by the team, and the role holder will be managing daily "volume activities" through the shared service centre as well as co-ordinating and executing large or discrete HR administration activities.

The role holder will be directly responsible for operational service delivery, team performance and behaviour, ensuring they are both customer focussed and process orientated. They will act as an escalation point for any issues raised by customers or the team.

Your Challenges

Achieving Business Results and Development of direct reports

Liaison with key customers and HR stakeholders to identify and manage large scale and/or one off activities alongside business as usual
Objective setting, performance management and the timely completion of reviews in line with company processes and standards.
To continually behave as a role model for excellent Customer Service in their dealings with all internal and external customers.


Project Activities and Customer Relationship Management

Taking the lead role on the more complex admin delivery of HR business processes to ensure that all team outputs are processed in accordance with HR and business agreements
Acting as a subject matter expert in wider HR projects or initiatives, taking ownership for project deliverables assigned to the team.
Develop and execute action plans to continually improve customer satisfaction levels


Education required: Degree level qualification, HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite

Language ability: Fluent in English
