C# .NET software engineer - knowledge managment system

BT&T Software Development is a Dutch owned near-shoring software development company. We deliver specialized and mostly technical applications for various international companies. We work on a variety of projects for companies based in the Netherlands and the U.S.A. As a Microsoft partner our development is primarily based on Microsoft Technologies but we also have broad experience in PHP, Javascript and Java.

Requirements

A smart .Net developer with a feel for the customer.

- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET (OOP principles, LINQ, Entity Framework)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to correctly estimate deadlines
- Experience with software design is a plus
- Experience with database design is a plus

Responsibilities

The position is centered around the development and maintenance of software components for an existing knowledge management system that was co-developed by our company. The main focus is on developing the next version of this product, which involves more than just writing code. You will be an active part of the team, willing to bring positive changes, coming up with ideas and making the right technical decisions while implementing them.

The development process mainly involves backend programming in C# .Net with MS SQL Server database access.
