Requirements

* Post Graduate in Business Administration
* 2-5 years relevant experience in IT sales/ business development
* Fluency in English and German is a must
* Account Management, Customer Relationship, Influencing, Prospecting, good technology understanding especially Oracle tech stack, effective communication, Analytics, Prospecting skills, Technology understanding, Effective communication (verbal and written), influencing and negotiation

Responsibilities

* Partner Account Mapping and whitespacing
* Lead Generation and Prospecting- Inside sales
* Pipeline generation from install base
* Royalty Trend Analysis, Forecasting, Collection and Booking
* Territory/ Vertical Revenue Forecasting
* Up-sell of Oracle Technology in EGBU install base/ Design Wins
* Contribute Net-New Revenue
* Reactivation of dead accounts/ inactives
* Resolve partner issues/ concerns
* GCM Updates (A system used for business management)
* Manage tier 2/ 3 partners
* Work with a virtual team (Field Sales Rep and Inside Rep in NAS)
* Contract Renewals and Execution (ESL, ASFU and FUDA)
* Technology Awareness Campaigns
* Maintain Royalty Communication Tool and communication within team/ management
* Assist partners with migration requests
* Work collaboratively with Outbound, Inside and Field reps
