Requirements

P&G looks for top candidates in electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, environmental or process engineering, as well as in chemistry, physics, natural sciences and information technology. Beside this, no experience is required.

Responsibilities

Product Supply Manufacturing (P&G plants like SC Detergenti SA) is responsible for every aspect of product making and is recognized as an industry leader for the development of innovative production systems and technologies. Manufacturing has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment / processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant.

As an Intern in Manufacturing Process Management, you will manage a specific project in your chosen area of our business. This is a “real life project”, not a case study or just a “try”.
Your internship period should typically be 3 to 6 months, starting June 2006. Your responsibilities can lay in several areas of the plant, such as operations (production), project management, utilities/facilities, logistics/warehousing, health/safety/environment, quality assurance.
Job content:
• You’ll become a part of a team since beginning of the internship. One of the experienced P&G managers will become your mentor helping you to get quickly on board.
• You’ll put your technical skills to work in a challenging environment.
• You’ll improve your interpersonal and team skills through practical experience.
• You’ll learn to work effectively with people of different nationalities and cultural & educational backgrounds.
