Requirements
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 2 years work experience
Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Additionally, need a basic familiarity with Power point
Adept at navigating large, complex websites
Good knowledge on the basics of website development and its components
Experience using search sites, like Google and Yahoo
Eye for detail, even when working quickly and doing repetitive tasks.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish with a global team, both verbally and in writing
Able to navigate a large network of contacts (almost like a detective) to find the right person or team to resolve uncommon issues.
Willingness to work in different shifts
Self motivated, Dependable and reliable
Quick learner and Process driven
Good organizational skills
Good team player
Responsibilities
Use combination of scanning tools and manual page-by page audits to identify quality related issues on www.dell.com
Coordinate with large, global team for audit timing of new pages / new products
Triage and prioritize errors
Assign errors identified by the audit team, as well as those reported by Dell customers and employees, to the appropriate resolution contact
Follow up on all issues until they have been fixed
Keep a record of completed work for tracking of resource utilization
Prepare and distribute weekly status and trending reports
Complete various ad hoc requests based on business needs
Support goals of partner Dell Online Quality Management team.
