Requirements
Must have experience providing continuous support and expertise of the following:
• Experience with Blue Coat Content filtering and web proxy solution
• Experience with Websense Content filtering and web proxy solution
• Experience with 8e6 Content filtering and web proxy solution
• Internet connectivity and protocols (TCP/IP)
• Networking knowledge and experience
• Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
• Efficient communications skills (listen, write, oral)
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for the job and desire to learn
Desired Experience:
Ideally you will have experience providing continuous support and expertise of the following:
• An understanding of the ITIL best practice life cycle approach.
• Ability to conduct in-depth forensic analytical studies and investigations.
• BS in Computer Information Systems desirable
• Certifications in CISSP, CCSP/CCNP, & CEH are also desirable
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Design and architect content filtering and web proxy solutions.
• Implement Content filtering and web proxy solutions in a customer environment
• Provide operational support of the content filtering and web proxy environment.
• Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.
• Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
• Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation.
• Provide resolution plans for device issues.
• Propose process and technical improvements to management.
