Requirements

You have at least one year working experience in Accounting, preferably in a consultancy firm.
You have the ability to absorb information and apply it to business at hand, as the key quality for success in this position.
You are an information seeker and sharer, naturally curious and eager to solve problems.
You are ambitious and are able to work autonomously proving yourself through your work results.
You are the type of person who wants to contribute to the success of the firm and takes pride in your own work as well as the achievements of others and the team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a bright, energetic, client friendly, highly organized, task-oriented team player for a Junior Accountant position.
The right candidate will possess good knowledge of RAS (Romanian Accounting Standards) and will have some experience in statutory accounting. He/she will have the ability to effectively communicate with multicultural individuals, handle a variety of tasks independently, as well as, generate energy and enthusiasm. The position requires keen attention to details and accuracy. The suitable candidate will have the capability of performing accounting services for a portfolio of clients, led by our senior staff. He/she will understand the client’s needs and will aim to contribute to client’s satisfaction.
