The expected profile of candidates will be as follows:

- Holds an undergraduate or masters degree in economics, engineering or computer science from a top university;
- Exhibits passion for problem solving, is resourceful, confident and well informed regarding business environment, society and global issues
- Strong team worker and able to fit in diverse environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Tenacious, highly resistant to a fast-paced working environment
- International experience and involvement in extra-curricular activities represent a big plus
- Excellent command of business English (speaking, reading, writing), preferably holder of a language proficiency certificate. Any other foreign language constitutes a big advantage.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office package
- Open to frequent business travel

Responsabilitati

We are looking for a Junior Business Consultant to join our team, having the following responsibilities:

- Gathers, synthesizes and validates relevant data by performing market, industry and competition research as per project requirements
- Performs different types of analysis by using company’s methodologies , tools and techniques under senior colleagues guidance in an accurate and structured manner
- Elaborates and maintains large Excel databases
- Participates in process mapping under senior colleagues guidance
- Prepares accurate and complete business reports, proposals and Power Point presentations based on research carried, meetings and interviews
- Offers support in any other business aspect as per business requirements and senior guidance
