Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year previous experience in an Audit position and will demonstrate a readiness to assume significant responsibilities and exercise judgment with decreasing direct supervision, and the ability to manage his/her own time effectively.
The Audit Associate must demonstrate the written and verbal communication skills necessary (in both Romanian and English) to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff, clients and other external business contacts. The Audit Associate must also demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is required. Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software is helpful. A good command of the German language will be considered a plus and will be rewarded accordingly.

Responsibilities

As an Audit Associate, you will have the opportunity to interact with our clients and continue learning from the professionals within our firm. Our client base encompasses all industry groups and not-for-profit organizations. Incumbents will participate in formal training courses and on-the-job training led by senior staff members.
The Audit Associate reports to the person in charge of the engagement. All work performed will be supervised. The Audit Associate will combine his previous experience and knowledge with our procedures and guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
