OB REQUIREMENTS:

clean & clear communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience in order administration, customer service, or similar administrative work preferred
fluent English (other European language is a plus)
good organizing skills

good PC skills (MS package is compulsoty)

Responsabilitati
. Administrative tasks
Work closely with Sales, TCs, SC Project Managers to ensure CIS setup structure is correct & performed in a timely manner
Chase Customer Service Support managers whenever deliverables are missing
Create & submit Everest requests
Daily follow up of ongoing projects
Track & escalate to Sales & SPM when required any technical issues that arise during setup
Create & distribute daily reports
Send daily notifications to key stakeholders informing upon project status
Collect clean deliverables & ask SPM to raise escalation wherever required/ necessary
Proactively inform internal teams of project status
Complete reporting dates in Everest tool (end-to-end dates where missing)
Advise on product portfolio & provide latest updated questionnaires
Assist SPM in preliminary presales phases
2. Other responsibilities:
Fill in business reports
Supports (new) colleagues through training and coaching activities
Ensure back-up whenever required
Act as team admin for Global Order Management community
Records coordinator role performed for the Global Order Management community
Keep meeting minutes & perform admin specific tasks
