Responsabilitati
Collect data regarding Service Desk activities from all available sources (Incident management system, Telecom systems, Other systems) and provide them to Service Desk management and external client representatives as:
o Periodical HD Service Desk activity reports;
o Ad hoc reports as requested by management and/or client;
Analyze the data and present findings related to current status supported by relevant metrics;
Propose improvements of the existing reporting or new reporting in order to improve Service Desk efficiency and SLA;
Gather relevant data from Customer environment in order to support process improvements or scope enlargement;
Provide info to other team members (TL, SDM, PM etc) to enhance service quality;
Close collaboration with clients representative from USA and Asia Pacific areas
