Cerinte

Mandatory skills:
Technical Skills:
- Hardware and Operating Systems
- At least 1 years hands-on pSeries AIX / UNIX experience (HMC, NIM, mksysb)
- At least 3 years hands-on x86 Linux experience (RHEL, SLES or similar)
Virtualization:
- At least 1 year experience with pSeries Virtualization (PowerVM / LPAR)
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with x86 hypervisors (VMware ESXi or KVM)
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with VMware vSphere product line (ESX or ESXi in a Virtual Center controlled environment)
Storage and Networking:
- NAS / SAN concepts and experience (iSCSI, Fiber Channel)
- Experience with networking protocols and configuration, VLANS, DHCP, TFTP, BOOTP
Scripting and Automation:
- UNIX / Linux shell scripting (Bourne Shell / Korn Shell & POSIX tools)
- Windows scripting
- Basic understanding of XML and XML technologies & tools
Middleware and Database Skills:
- Java Application Servers (such as WebSphere Application Server)
- LDAP (TDS preferred)
- DB2 (preferred) or SQL Server (basic understanding for use with vSphere Virtual Center)

Soft Skills:
- English: proficient (understanding, speaking and writing)
- Ability to monitor, report progress and achieve agreed deliverables
- Ability to document, certify, present and hand over (knowledge transfer) his work results

Nice to have skills:
- Experience with one or more platforms from the Tivoli product line (TSAM, TPAE, TPM, TPAE, TUAM, TDS, ITM, TDW, Maximo) or WebSphere line (WAS)
- Experience with cloud computing reference architectures
- Experience with CloudBurst or ISDM
- Experience with DB2
- Experience with asset management tools
- Jython, Python, PowerShell, VBS, WSH or WMIC scripting skills, XML
- Windows imaging skills (Sysprep), Cygwin
- P2V and V2V migration experience

Responsabilitati

- Implementation of virtualization solutions and cloud computing (private and public cloud)
- Administration and operations on existing datacenters infrastructure (hypervisors, operating systems, cloud software products and middleware)
- Base operating systems image and software bundles configuration for public cloud catalog middleware, virtual appliances, etc.)
- Deployment and management of new datacenter infrastructures
