Responsabilitati

1. Take control of a problem/issue and run it to resolution:
a. Ability to identify a problem
b. Ability to troubleshoot the problem with minimum supervision
c. Ability to determine when Third party support is required and to contact them
d. Ability to communicate the problem, the resolution and what preventative steps are being implemented
2. Ability to work without supervision
3. Ability to create processes and documentation as and when necessary
4. Ability to change gears on the fly
