Cerinte

Mandatory skills:
- Basic experience with network/server and other IT hardware installation
- Basic experience with network/server IT hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with network patch cable installation
- Advanced to fluent English language (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

Nice to have skills:
- Server/Network training and/or certification

Responsabilitati

- Welcoming and escorting customers at the Data Center site
- First level support and troubleshooting (remote hands-on)
- Due to the 24x7 operations of the facility, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc
