Responsabilitati
Responsabilitati si sarcini:
- Preluarea apelurilor telefonice primite de la clienti/ initierea apelurilor
- Rezolvarea diferitelor situatii in timp util
- Promovarea produselor si serviciilor
- Derularea de diverse alte activitati in vederea atingerii obiectivelor firmei;
- Pastrarea confidentialitatii informatiilor.
