Responsibilities

• Manage training event bookings for UK technology sales
• Manage training event bookings for UK partner events
• Liaise with the Oracle User Group (OUG) to manage all User Group room bookings that use Oracle facilities, and monitor and manage the OUG generic email account to process requests in a timely manner.
• Produce ‘Quicksurveys’ when requested from other parts of the business using the online tool.
• Load documents onto the UK Business Operations portal to support ongoing communications of all team activities.

The Team Assistant is responsible for ensuring administrative duties to support Business Operations Key Programmes processes are performed efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the Key Programmes team and our business stakeholders. This includes coordinating room bookings and catering orders for sales readiness training events, partner training events and OUG meetings, creating surveys to support the Key Programmes team using a simple online tool and simple portal document uploads for the UK Business Operations portal.
