Lead Analyst - Process Management

Requirements

Experience:
• Has developed knowledge of business process methodologies and analyses and has practical experience of applying these principles
• 3+ years experience of telecommunications preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
• 3+ years multi-national company experience preferred
• Has worked at team leader/supervisor position for 2+ years
• In Depth knowledge/use of BPMN tool such as Aris, iGrafx, Nimbus, Metastorm or equivalent
• Professional qualification preferred

Qualifications:
• Graduate
• Six Sigma Green Belt with 3+ improvement projects
• IELTS grade 6+ or equivalent (Good command of written and spoken English)

Responsibilities

• Defines new processes or significantly re-engineers existing processes recommending automation where necessary
• Works closely with operational teams to agree existing processes, future processes and impacts of changes
• Works with Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into proper specifications
• Manages the implementation of changes in the field in cross-departmental and cross-country projects or programmes
• Identifies gaps in business processes and offer solutions
• Ensures effective communication and reporting is performed on a regular basis
