Requirements

Experience:
• Skilled in business process design and implementation, with experience of applying these principles and techniques
• 3+ years manager experience of project/line managing improvement teams
• 5+ years experience of telecommunications preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
• 8+ years multi-national company experience preferred
• Knowledge/use of BPMN tool such as Aris, iGrafx, Nimbus, Metastorm or equivalent

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

• Supports critical process transition and automation prgrammes regarding processes with overall responsibility for successful implementation by tracking and monitoring overall progress
• Develops and implements KPI dashboards
• Formulates a standard set of operational procedures for each defined business process using COLT standards and incorporating critical requirements
• Works with Managers to drive industry standard improvement tools and techniques
• Acts as an expert to add value to the business through analysis, interpretation and recommendations

• Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ improvement projects
• Graduate
• Professional qualification
• MBA desired
• Good command of written and spoken English
