Requirements

Skills

• Good IT knowledge
• Very good knowledge of English
• Result and customer oriented
• Any CEE language other than Romanian is definitely a plus
• Proven communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven Sales skills

Profile

• Reliable and loyal

• Flexible, hands-on.
• Proactive and creative
• Short sales or sales support experience
• At least 4 hours per day on the phone

Responsibilities

Description of activities

Inside sales coordinates all follow up activities for suspects and leads, taking part in the sales cycle of different accounts in the same time. As an inside sales colleague you have to be involved in organizing events, ongoing campaigns and new campaigns.
You will be in charge of all the calling activities for companies and accounts in all the CEE region.
You will be trained in using the CRM system of our company and other Sales tools.
You have to be reliable, focused, motivated and the kind of person that always gets the job done. You are the one that creates an opening at a possible future customer by initiating first contact.
You will work together in a multi-disciplinary team in the Bucharest office and you will have frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.
