Cerinte

The ideal candidate should have:
- Desire to rapidly learn information about banking products and services;
- Excellent command of the Romanian language (spoken, written);
- Good command of the English language (spoken, written, listening);
- Patience, positive, team player and banking attitude;
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.

In addition, it would be an advantage for you if you have:
- Experience as a customer service representative;
- Experience/Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Good command of the German language (spoken, written);
- Fast learning abilities;
- Desire for professional development;
- A solution oriented way of work;
- Self-reliance and high levels of energy.

Responsabilitati

The Contact Center Agent will communicate in a professional manner with the bank's (potential) customers through email and by phone, in Romanian or English, in order to offer information about the banking products and services. Also, he/she will offer solutions for the possible issues the customers might encounter regarding the banking products and services.
