The ideally candidate should have:
University degree in computer science or telecommunications or at least 3 year experience as a system engineer;
Comprehensive Knowledge for administration and implementation in at least two priority areas, including at least one current operating system (W2K, Unix / Linux, Novell);
Basic knowledge and certifications in support of high availability storage solutions or networks (NAS / SAN) and / or data backup solutions or Software integration and / or in the SNS environment;
Programming knowledge and experience in the script statement;
At least 4 years experience in administration, in support, configuration and testing of client / server systems, NSM solutions in a network domain and solutions at SNS;
Experience in project management;
Responsabilitati
Support for client-server, Storage-/Backup-Systems or applications, or SNS solutions in a network environment
Transfer of responsibilities in the management of operational situations;
Independent / troubleshooting, configuration, testing, administration and operation of Storage-/Back-Up systems or network management system solutions;
Qualified recording of customer requirements, control of problem analysis and resolution, advice, and creating performance descriptions included cost estimation;
Telephone and remote support in area of responsibility (1st level, 2nd level and / or 3rd level);
Remote management of infrastructure solutions and / or applications;
Proactive communication with customers through the fault handling;
Timely escalation to downstream instances (internal, customer, manufacturer / partners, etc.);
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the SLA
Self-Development and implementation of an independent solution strategies;
Initiative for the advancement of knowledge in accordance with technological requirements;
Active involvement of keeping up to customer satisfaction by taking appropriate action (behavior, communication, solving skills);
Maintain documentation of all processes and all administrations common with internal policies and guidelines (eg, project manual, time tracking, reporting ERP training database, etc.)
