German IT Service Desk Analyst

Short company description

Requirements

University or technical high school degree
Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it’s a must
have experience with MS based operating systems and IT equipment support
Basic networking knowledge - OSI, TCP/IP models, routers, firewalls, VPN
Customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills
Ability of working under pressure and in flexible working hours
Team player
Organizational skills
Communication skills in international environment
Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German (mandatory) and English speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
