What do I need to qualify for this job?
· University Degree in IT or related field
· Fluency in English (advanced level);
· German is an advantage;
· 3 years in a similar position
· Project experience preferable
· 1 year management experience
· Information security topics
· Physical Security
· Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office package;
· Legislation and regulation related to information security and data privacy protection
· Strategic ability to judge, Risk Management,

Responsibilities

- Assisting the CISO with the planning and implementation of the programs to develop information security and raise the awareness within Siemens companies in Romania.
- Assisting and advising managers, working groups and employees in all matters related to Information and Corporate Security.
- Acting as a contact and consultant for Siemens Romanian companies on matters related to Information and Corporate Security.
- Initiating and supervising Information Security measures, assessing security risks and communicate them to appropriate responsible.
- Assisting the CEE CISO with the implementation of the Information Security regulations, standards and program which are valid Siemens-wide. Develop and update information security and corporate security policies according with the Siemens standards and local requirements.
- Responsibility concerning the achievement of the Information Security targets which are defined by the CEE CISO annually. Manage the information security program for Siemens Romanian companies in order to implement the defined policies and controls and monitor compliance with the respective policies.
- Managing Information Security reporting to management and the CEE CISO (regularly twice a year and ad-hoc).
- Conduct the security checks, risk assessment and business impact analysis processes.
- Preparing safety concepts for Siemens locations incl. project locations (object and plant security) in cooperation with Siemens Real Estate, SGS and other safety functions.
- Managing process safety-relevant events (clarifications, preventive measures).
- Contact person with the authorities on levels of operations (police, ministries, customs authorities) in case of complaints, person checks, security measures, certifications, audits.
- Coordination of the detail measures for corporate security – personal security, selected events, information protection, crisis management and facility security. Developing and maintaining the disaster recovery/ business continuity plan.
- Cooperation in laying out the preventive crisis management for Siemens Romanian companies.
- Cooperation/ supporting the Security Officer of the CEE Cluster (controlling and reporting tasks).
