Requirements:
- 1+ years or equivalent of hands-on C/C++ experience
- Deep understanding of programming fundamentals, paradigms and debugging
- Serious and committed;
- Strong communication skills/good written/spoken English
- Problem solving oriented
- Ability to comply with company policies regarding the documentation procedures, software coding standards, etc

Would be a plus:
- Familiar with VxWorks or/and Linux software development
- Familiar with CVS (or similar) and GNU tools
- Understanding finite state machine oriented programming
- Experience with cross compilers, debuggers, etc.
- Working with Open Source Software

Responsabilitati

The successful candidates will be part of an international embedded team specialized in design and software development for industrial switches, routers and security devices for one of the major players in the industry.
Production line is entirely own by client from hardware design, hardware production until software design, software development and testing to ensure the robustness of the devices.
The devices are using standard Ethernet technologies customized for industrial usage (high or low temperatures, dust, water, etc) as well as proprietary extensions of the standard protocols to ensure high availability, improve responsiveness and performance.
